Nesting Attribute Fields
 

Is there a way to use take an existing Attribute field and re-use it inside of another Attribute field on a form?

Example: In the Item Title field I would want to place text and then append the Begin Date attribute field inside of it.

I am referring to using the fields to lookup existing information already in the field. In this scenario the begin date field is a pre-defined (reserved) field, but I would like to add user defined attribute fields inside of each other as well.
