When I went back to an existing form and tried to change the Name, it deleted the Columns instead of just deleting the text in the Name field.

I got your screen recording. Yes, I see that there is a problem with pressing Delete in the Name field also deleting a row in the grid. For now, use Backspace to edit the form name (or Ctrl+A, then type a new name).
