Com Api

Any chance of a basic COM API that would allow us to loop over items in the tree, retrieve/set their info, get access to the currently selected item, etc?

If such an API existed, we could also share our scripts on here to do different things with it.

An API to the UR data layer is on the drawing board, but I'm not sure when it will be ready.
