VSS Continue checkout if files are checked out
 

If file is checked out by another user I am getting the “is exclusively checked out” error and checkout function stops and build continues to the next build step leaving the rest of the files checked in.

Is there a way to ignore the error and continue with checkout process?

No, SourceSafe doesn't support that.
