Splitting text into child/sibling info items

MindManager has a time-saving feature. Pressing hotkeys (Ctrl+Alt+DownArrow and Ctrl+Alt+RightArrow) can split text (Info Item Title) after the current cursor position into child/sibling info items. In addition, MindManager goes one step further. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+INS or Ctrl+Alt+Enter can break/convert all words in the Info Item Title into children/sibling Info Items.
It would be nice to be implemented in UR.

I have seen this function also in StoryBox (software for writers).
