Oracle Action - command line options wrong
 

The Oracle action is placing the command-line options in the wrong place.

Here's the format from SQL Plus:
sqlplus [ [] [{logon | /nolog}] [] ]

VBP is placing the options after the logon, not before. This causes an error.

I'm using sqlplus 11.2.0.3.3 and VBP 8.6.

Fixed in the latest download (VisBuildAct.dll 8.7.0.5).
