Subroutine: Name/Value macro parameters improvements
 

On the subroutine dialog, the Name column for the macro name is often times too narrow. I would like it if there was a splitter bar between name and value so I could adjust the width (and it remembers my preference).

Another great idea would be to allow direct entry/editing in the grid instead of having to edit at the top. I still need a way to reorder the rows, so don't take that away if you make changes.

In v9, the parameter Name and Value columns both resize with the dialog.
