BLDX file?

I noticed (in VBP 9.2 x64) there is an option to save a project as file type .bld or .bldx.

What is the difference between these file types? Thanks

Thanks, I knew it would be in there somewhere since your help system documentation is very good. But I wasn't able to find it (meaning Google wasn't).
