Default step name for new steps:take the action name
 

A simple UI improvement (IMO): When inserting a new step, instead of "new step", fill the step name property (and edit box) with the action name, such as "Runs Script" "Run Program".

This is often the only text I put as a step name for simple scripts. since the builder logs the step name plus default property value, this is often enough information.
