Step skipped explanation
 

I could be very helpfull at times to be able to see in log output why steps are skipped.

Something along the lines of the following:

Step Skipped: Build step suppressed by user
Step Skipped: Build Rule is true ([%DoInstall% {0} && ! %DebugBuild% {1}] {0}) evaluates false
Step Skipped: Build Rule is true ([%Count% {0}] {0}) evaluates false after 6 itterations
Step Skipped: Skipping group

Great suggestion, will put it on the list.
