Cannot open a database file within a path including chinese characters.

Cannot open a database file within a path including chinese characters, show as attachment.
I have tried UR 1.2 under WinXP SP2 (Chinese Traditional), but this error still existed.

Version 1.2a of Ultra Recall is available which addresses the issue of unicode characters in paths (as well as several other bug fixes and enhancements).
