export to csv does not signal line breaks

When I export into a csv, the line breaks in my item text or item notes don't come across. That means that the word at the end of line 1 are merged with the word at the beginning of line 2.

In UR 2.0c, there's the quite useful Ctrl Shift I, which allows copying of a specific URL to a specific UR item.

But it's clumsy to use in Mindmanager, which could be a very useful front end...
