I agree, but bind snooze durations to items
Currently the snooze duration is "sticky", i.e. the default snooze duration is the last chosen snooze duration for any reminder item.
But there are some reminder items that I want to snooze for 5...

ATNotes 9.5 (freeware) has a drop-down icon next to every date field, which pops up a calendar when you click on it. If you click on a date in the calendar, it is inserted in the field. You don't...

Prevent Accidental Reminder Dismissal
When the reminder window pops up, it is active, and the dismiss button is where the focus is.
If I'm typing in another application when this happens, I often accidentally dismiss the reminder...
