I have not yet found any way to set window background colours in Windows 7. I could easily set them in Windows XP but since Windows 7 I have not had the ability to set many of the things I had...

I don't think I said you can change the colour scheme, just the theme. I have not found a way to change the background colours of the panes.

Question Starting a program by executing its file

On my system I have some files created by a program. Internally they are XML files but they do not have the extension .XML instead they have the extension .scrivx

In windows the .scrivx extension...
