Ctrl+Tab switches between tabs in the Detail pane (regardless of focused pane). Ctrl+PgUp/Down switches between tabbed panes (when a tabbed pane is focused). An example of tabbed panes are the Item Attributes and Item Notes pane in this screen shot:
