We can't reproduce that error here, does it occur on all Info Databases (ie. if you create a new one then compact/repair it, does the error occur as well)?
If it only occurs on a particular .urd file, could you zip and email it
support@kinook.com? You can also ftp it (using anonymous credentials) to ftp.kinook.com into the /incoming folder. If you use ftp, please send an email to
support@kinook.com indicating the file posted.
