I think this does make sense.
If you are going to have a folder stored in UR it would be great to have that a proper sync rather than a one off.
Problem of course is if you run UR in another computer it might think the folder has been deleted (since it's not found) and delete your own folder in UR!
Perhaps if it marks the machine name of the folder's origin?
A Tricky one at best.
