Hmmm, so in your case it is a general import issue (you also mentioned Outlook) that occurs after successfully importing? Can you use RegEdit to export your registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall", then ZIP and post or send that and all files at "C:\Documents and Settings\Ian Goldsmid\Application Data\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall" to
