No, the bug had to do with displaying the stored email, it didn't affect how or what was stored.
Any file/email stored in Ultra Recall is persisted (and later accessible) in the original form. The linkage between a stored/linked outlook message and the actual Outlook store message is the url value. If a deleted store message is restored (with the original outlook:xxx url), then the linkage will be restored.
If the url is different when restored, you can change the url attribute value in Ultra Recall to "relink" them (you can get the url for an Outlook item with a free tool called
Linker for Windows).
