Is the problem specific to this particular database (new databases and the samples don't exhibit this problem)? Please ZIP and send to
support@kinook.com or post:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) Run RegEdit and export the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\Options"
3) A .urd file with an item that demonstrates the problem (if your DB is large, copy a problem item into a new database or make a copy of the problem database, delete everything except a few problem items, empty recycle bin, compact, and send that)
4) A screen shot of the error
