I was able to reproduce this behavior on an HP PSC 1315 color printer, but the icons do print correctly on a Brother MFC-8840 laser printer. I'm not sure if the problem is with the printer driver on the color printer or the printing component we're using. We've logged an issue with the printer component vendor to see if they can shed any light on the issue.
