After downloading

http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rea...own_reader.htm, installing on Windows XP SP2, and adding .pdf to 'Tools | Options | Browser | File extensions to display in internal browser view' in UR v3, PDFs viewed within UR are displayed embedded in Foxit Reader (see attached image).
