A trace build of Ultra Recall can be provided which will provide a detailed log of the sync operation...

Please email (to support@kinook.com) a sample .urd file that an item that sync failed with, and also the info found at Help | About | Install Info.

In response we will email you the mentioned trace build executable along with instructions on how to use it and how to view/zip/return the resultant log file to us for our evaluation.
