I used the freeware utility Icon Sucker to search my hard disk for useful icons (not only for Ultra Recall) and then saved these to a specific directory.
Now I can just import all the files in the directory in any database that I want to use them. Some of them are quite specialised and I wouldn't expect them to be provided even in an extended selection; however I find them very useful.
