I would love to see an 'Always on top' button that could be added to a toolbar. When writing/using notes from the use of other applications (like a development IDE) I often need to have what I'm taking notes in be always on top. I accomplish this now with PowerMenu, but having a button directly in UR that shows/changes the on-top state would be much nicer.
