For items #1 and #2, can you either post your files on the forum (if they don't contain any sensitive or confidential content) or email them to
support@kinook.com and we'll take a look at them?
For question #3, we used .oml (a superset of .opml) as it provided more flexibility and allowed Ultra Recall to export virtually all data in an xml format (something that was difficult to do with the limitations of .opml). While you will probably lose access to some data in the .oml file, you can also use the .oml file as .opml in most instances (the most common applications using .opml are Rss Readers to store their subscriptions, although I believe there are other applications using some type of .opml/.oml format).
