I gave this a try, and it required me to know where the bookmark file is kept. I won't be doing this too often, for sure, but there aren't too many people who would know enough to be able to do this import. I suggest that UR should figure out where the bookmark file is hiding without the user's help.

Also, there was some kind of problem with my bookmarks and the process halted part way through with an error. I suggest that nothing should be able to halt such a process. Problems in bookmarks could/should be reported/indicated in a special attribute so that UR knows not to attempt to use weird problematic links.
