When I drop an internal link into the Item Notes pane, focus jumps to the Item Text pane, (with previous cursor position retained BTW).

Can you please put at the bottom of your TTD list to alter Item Notes internal linking behaviour to be congruent with that of Item Text, ie. maintain same pane focus with cursor at end of newly created hyperlink?
