UR never loads the contents of a DB into RAM. It calls SQLite APIs to retrieve content that will be displayed in the UI and to update/insert/remove content in a DB. I do not see how UR/SQLite could have made any changes (adding content, much less corrupting the file) to 0.db as a side effect of cutting/pasting content from source.db into problem/part.db.
