Could the reminders dialog have an additional ability to set a specific date to snooze until?

This could be in the form of the last lines of the drop down showing:

4 days
1 week
2 weeks
date-->

When "date-->" is shown it pop's up the calendar window. The item could then reappear, at the original specified time, on that date.

It would be useful to be able to change the time as well within the calendar window.
