Outlook Messages don't export to UR correctly

I have the Outlook UR toolbar installed.

When I send an email to UR, the formatting is lost AND more importantly, the hyperlinks in the email are gone.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong???

I don't think that you are doing anything wrong, here's how it's working on my system - unless I'm doing something wrong.

Emails that are shown in the Detail Pane are rendered as plain text, to see the formatting and links you need to open the email in the email client - either with CTRL-J or click on the link at the top of the UR email header in the Detail Pane (click here to open message).
