UR not minimizing on startup

I cannot seem to get UR to start up and just go to the tray. It keeps starting up all opened.

I have my settings as displayed in the pic, but I have tried, I think, all possible combos, and it still opens up every time it statrs.

Why can't I get UR just load and go to the tray?
