Can't Open Imported Emails
I successfully imported an mbox file with emails but 2 things happen:
1) When I click on "Click here to open message" I get an "Access is denied" message. 2) None of the attachments seem to be available (they are imbedded with the email). Wonder if this is related to #1, above. Any advice? Thanks. |

UR normally exports/creates a temporary copy of stored messages (imported from an mbox file) with a .eml extension. You need to have an application associated with that extension (and which can handle MIME messages) in order for it to be opened externally. If exporting the imported messages as documents doesn't create a .eml file for each selected message, please ZIP and send/post a .urd file with the problem messages, the source mbox file, the steps you used to import, and the info from Help | About | Install Info.
