UR 3.5 hangs when deleting item

I've been able to reproduce this with the following steps:

1. Hoist an item which has My Data as its immediate parent.

2. Add a text child item and hoist it.

3. Delete the new item.

It appears you can't do anything else now; you can't move to any other item and the Data Explorer pane is blank. If Ultra Recall has not stopped responding (which it did the first time) you can close the database and then open it again.

I can't reproduce that, trying in a new database with Appointments, Tasks, Notes, or Projects hoisted, using delete to recycle bin and permanent delete (Shift+Del), and with and without other children under the hoisted node.

I've just tried it again with a new database, and the same thing happens. Did you delete the new text item immediately after adding it and hoisting it?

Ah -- I missed the "and hoist it" part of #2. The problem is not actually new to v3.5 (and it doesn't actually hang in my tests -- you can close and reopen the database). Thanks for reporting this problem -- we'll add it to the issues database. For now, don't delete the root hoisted item.
