Two pane file manager in UR?

There is a freeware program called Shellless Explorer Lite (as well as a more sophisticated payware version of the program; see http://www.shelllessworks.com/index.htm), which is apparently based on the Windows shell and which can be used as the default for exploring files in Windows instead of Windows Explorer; this program offers multipane file browsing, as opposed to Windows Explorer.

Is there any way to embed this in UR, thereby enabling me to use UR as a double- (or multi-)pane file browser?
