Keyboard shortcut for exiting internal editting of Word doc
Hi! I am a new user of Ultra Recall, but am very much enjoying the experience. I especially like the strong support it has for keyboard navigation and keyboard shortcuts for the tool.
I cannot see, however, how I can use the keyboard to move out of the mode of internal editing of a Microsoft Word document, within Ultra Recall. The usual navigation keys (Ctrl+1, Ctrl+F4, etc) do not seem to work. I am guessing that Microsoft Word (is it a plugin for Internet Explorder?) is swallowing up these key commands and failing to pass them on to Ultra Recall. Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I missing some usage point here? Regards, stevoe. |

The embedded Word instance captures keystrokes before UR can.
One option might be to use a macro program that can simulate clicking the mouse to take focus away from Word and return it to UR. http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre...?threadid=1933 |

And if you need to experiement with a macro program I have been using Macro Express with GREAT results.
http://www.macros.com/homepro.htm Macros are easy to create -- I couldn't live without this program at work-- its one of my top tools to use. <Ralph> |
