License key invalid after updating to 4.2.1.2
Hi, kinook,
I just updated my UR Pro from version 4.2.1.1 to 4.2.1.2. Now UR shows "Trial version: 45 days remaining" in the title bar. When I try to enter my license information into the Register dialogue, the following message shows up: "The name and/or key entered is not valid". I had to reenter my license key after a few updates in the past, but I never encountered this problem. Any help appreciated Doris |

Make sure that Help | About | Install Info shows
Ultra Recall Professional 4.x If it shows 'Ultra Recall 4.x', you will need to uninstall, then download and install the Professional edition from http://www.kinook.com/Download/UltraRecallProEval.exe. Then, make sure to copy and paste all the lines between the 'Copy lines below/above' lines from the license info email (not just the license key) into the Register dialog. |

how embarassing ... I had downloaded the standard version instead of the Pro version. Now it works.
