Advanced Search
Is there a way to create an advanced search where the results would be tasks completed starting with Saturday and ending with Sunday.
Example, today is Tuesday, I would like the results to automatically provide the results starting with this past Sunday ( 2 days ago ) and to continue till this Saturday. When next week arrives, the report will start over on Sunday automatically so the previous weeks results will no longer show up and only show next weeks results ( next Sunday thru next Saturday ). Thank you for your time, most appreciated. JGM |

No, there isn't a way to search based on day of week.

Thx, I have hard coded the start/end dates and will change those every week.
Maybe this could be an item for future versions. |

alternative
UR is full of workarounds.
The alternative, instead of having hardcoded dates which you need to change, create 7 searches, called monday, tuesday, ... where each search will have relative dates 1,2,3,... days from today. So if it's Tuesday today for example, you'll click on "Tuesday" search, which will do what you want ... |

Quant - Thx for the suggestion.
I have been playing around trying to create the relative date searches without success. Here is my current setup: Item is child of Completed (folder) and Date Closed greater than or equal to 10/14/2012 and Date Closed less than or equal to 10/20/2012 I created a Wednesday Search. Since Sunday is always my day 1, then the Wednesday search would include Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed ( or go 4 days back ). I cannot find a way to tell UR to show me 4 days from today ( Wednesday ). If you have a moment, any assistance would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance. Joshua |

"and Date Closed greater than or equal to 10/14/2012
and Date Closed less than or equal to 10/20/2012" This is correct for today, name this search Wednesday and click on "Store dates relative to current date". UR will encode the 10/14/2012 and 10/20/2012 as relative dates with respect to todays date. You will see that tomorrow this search will change automatically to "and Date Closed greater than or equal to 10/15/2012 and Date Closed less than or equal to 10/21/2012" Is that clear? If you hit this search next Wednesday, it will correctly search for the dates you need. |

Thx, unfortunately I need the Sunday day to never change as the start date. Changing the dates is not a deal break. Much appreciated.
