Is there a way to remove a single item from the values list history?

The list of values for an attribute come from either the Values List field in the attribute's properties or values of that item attribute for other items, so either remove the value from the Values List at Tools | Attributes | Properties for the attribute, or clear or change the value of the attribute to remove from the list for all items having that value for the attribute.
