courses or books to get the most out of VBP

I think between the help system and these forums, it is easy to figure out how to implement an automation idea within VBP.

But how do you generate those ideas? Where do you learn them?

I am wondering what people have found to be helpful for training in the general area of software configuration management or software deployment?

I know this question isn't strictly about VBP but I feel this kind of knowledge would help every VBP user get the most out of the application, so I hope it's on topic.
