Run a program on Exit?
Question / Suggestion -
Any chance of getting UR to execute a program when you shut it down? Namely a synchronising program via a UR-SYNC.BAT file.. This would mean that the 'central repository' will always be uptodate as it will stop me forgetting to run the sync program. Might be too much to ask but worth a shot! =) Daniel |

Add a line at the top of UR-SYNC.BAT to run UR, then launch your batch file instead of the UR shortcut. Another option would be to create a Scheduled Task to run your batch file every night.

nice simple solution - thank you =)
this now works how i like. i run my batch file that first syncs the database then starts UR. When I exit ur my sync program is immediately started, uploading the changes. this works really well - i can view my UR from multiple locations. (sync program = Unison) |
