opener attribute

I'd like to suggest an attribute called "opener" whereby I can specify how the links in an item should be opened.

The possibilities could be:

- open internal
- open internal (new tab)
- open internal (new tab hoisted)
- open external

The last would look for the system's association for the file type and execute that program.

Let me right-click a link and have a context menu enable me to override the attribute default.
