I am encountering 'The specified module could not be found (msptls.dll)'

Exit Ultra Recall and delete riched20.dll from the UR installation folder (default location is C:\Program Files\UltraRecall).

The option during installation of Ultra Recall v2 to use the Office rich edit control (which copies the file to the UR install path) is not compatible with Office 2007.
