Title expressions

I am having difficulty with the syntax of title expressions.

eg [organisationName]
as a title expression works alright
but though I have studied the manual I cannot get two attributes to work together.

Could someone give me the syntax for showing two attributes in the item title
eg [organisationName], [Date Created]

Just a simple example is all I need,

Thanks, this feature is useful for me and is yet another thing I have learned as I gradually burrow in to the detail of UR.

UR has a great deal to offer as a personal document management system and much more than that. There are many 'pros'. My main 'con' is the user interface looks a bit dated and has to be carefully used otherwise you will find you are putting your files into the wrong folders. I have deliberately increased the size of the font in the data explorer to t ry and minimise the possibility of this happening,

I would welcome too the ability to use color marking to a greater extent in the interface,
