Lost outlook toolbar

The UR/outlook toolbar loads up as floating. I have been using it without any problems. Yesterday I tried to dock it in Outlook. It seemed to work, but now it does not load, or at least is not visible anywhere.

How do I get it back?

If you right-click in the Outlook toolbar area, is Ultra Recall in the list of toolbars? If it is and is unchecked, clicking it should display it. If it is and is checked, try closing Outlook and deleting the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\OutlookAddIn. If it isn't in the list, exiting Outlook and reinstalling UR should add it. Also, which version of Outlook and UR are you running?

I had to reinstall to get it back - it had disappeared

I have UR 1.4a, and Outlook 2002 installed
