Using UR with Virtual Desktop Managers

Hi all,
I'm working with Kinook in an attempt to nail some of the AV errors and crashes. I have sent them about 4 logs and dump files. Even though the log were showing some errors, but the root one has been hard to crack so far. Kinook were unable to reproduce these errors.

One thing that is specific to my machine is that I use a VDK called GoScreen. As you know, such tools implement there features mostly using the windows API of window show/hide.

I would like to query forum users who have experienced these crashes and AV errors to reply back indicating if they have/use a VDK solution on their machines.

At least we can rule out/in this combination as a potential contributor.

Yes to AV errors (although none over the last two weeks).
No to VDK.

I've had AV errors but I don't use any VDKs.

I don't use VDK's & have reported AV's.
