UR Forms: Some Attributes are not Avialable

I noticed today that some of the system attributes in UR are not selectable on forms. E.G. lineage and 'item notes', even though, visible in the attributes dialogue, they are not on the forms one.
Is this by design?

Are u asking about notes in form so it will get printed out in a report? If memory serves me, I think there is work afoot to include notes in export/print functionality.
