Customizing contact: adding a list of websites

I have ~20 websites. Most of my friends also have several websites.
How would I edit the template for a contact to be able to add a list of websites instead of a single one?

One option might be to store the web sites in the text field below the form (Format | Insert Hyperlink). Otherwise, you can create and use a custom contact form.
