Internal Browswer vs click here to open linked document

Running 3.0.3 pro on vista ultimate
I create a child document, enter a url (www.cnn.com) and the internal browser displays "click here to open linked document"

I've been trying various options to get UR to display the web page like it does for the demo software inventory urd file (I even dragged the program template into my own urd to try it);

I've yet to figure out how to get UR to display the web page in the internal viewer. I can see it does so for the sw inventory items, and I even dragged some into my urd file. They display the web pages, and when I change the urls they update to the new pages.....

I did get one of my text pages with a url to load and display correctly. But I cant figure out the magic... I'm sure its something obvious...

Sync the document item (Item | Synchronize on the menu) after settings its URL attribute.
