Treepad File Doesn't Import

When I try to import a Treepad PLUS database (*.tpd), nothing happens--no error message or anything.

Here's what I do:
1. Choose to import a Treepad file.
2. Manually enter the file and path of the TreePad file. (I haven't tried drag & drop or copy & paste from Windows Explorer onto the edit control because I don't know what the edit control is. BTW could someone please explain that, too?)
3. Choose the location (either the selected item or the Imported Items system item.
4. Click Finish.

I have successfully imported .rtf files & .ico files, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Using Vista Home Premium x64, Intel Dual-Core Processor, 4GB RAM, 640GB hard drive.

TIA.

Apparently the Treepad import is looking for a *.hjt; I've used Treepad Biz in the past and was able to Save As (from within Treepad) the .tpd to a .hjt, does Treepad Plus provide this function ?

Thanks, ashwken. Now I can import all my Treepad databases. I hope the next update of the help file and the manual will state that.

Laurie

P.S. I forgot to say that I use Treepad 7 Plus. Treepad 6 files are in .hjt format.
